We went to a christmas show called “Trees of Utah” before christmas. It’s a place where people can donate all kinds of christmas stuff, there’s an auction, and the money goes to children’s hospitals, because we all know that relying on the charity of the rich is a more reliable basis for building child health than, for instance, taxing them. In any case, the things that were donated were VERY elaborate sometimes. Just have a look at these gingerbread houses:

There were also wreaths, rugs, piles of presents, and ll kinds of things. Amazing, for a city that has hundreds of homeless.
